We have two award-winning, adult only, family run sites, situated in the village of Deeping St James in Lincolnshire close to the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland borders.
We are situated in a quiet rural lane, five minutes walking distance from the village with pubs and shops. With secure access, the sites are adjacent to the owners' bungalow. The sites are level, lawned, with trees, shrubs, a well stocked information centre, night lights, chemical disposal point and MV service point for motorhomes. Free WiFi internet access is available.
Our smaller site is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Members Only CL. All pitches are all weather hard standings and fully serviced and are sited around a central hub of shrubs and trees to ensure privacy. Each pitch has an electric hook-up, plus a mains water tap and a drain for waste water, so there is no more running out of water during your shower or over flowing waste water containers to carry! Water connection kits and waste pipe are sold at the office should you require them.
We also have a small licensed, adult only touring caravan site which is affiliated to ‘Premier Parks’ and 'Tranquil Parks'. This is maintained to the same high standards as the CL and is adjacent to it. Membership of the Caravan and Motorhome Club is not required to stay on our Touring Site. The site has 10 all weather hard standings and 1 grass pitch with the same facilities as the CL.
We are proud to be able to offer our full facilities to our customers throughout our opening season. We are able to offer pitches from the beginning of March until the end of October. Own sanitation is required on both sites.
Awnings are permitted on hard standings, but steel awning pegs will be required (these can be purchased on site if needed). There is a large (2 acre) dog exercise area on site and plenty of country walks nearby, some directly from the site.
We are Calor Gas agents and also have a selection of caravanning accessories for sale. To see our complete list click here.
At the end of the day you may wish to avoid cooking for one night and treat yourselves to a meal out or top quality take away in the comfort of your own caravan. The village is fortunate to boast a wide selection of excellent places to eat or from which to collect a meal. Our Information Centre contains an up to date file of menus from local restaurants and there are menus from all of the take away establishments. Alternatively, why not save on cooking and try COOK frozen meals of which we now offer a selection? See www.cookfood.net for details.
After a busy day you may wish to relax with a book. There is, in our Information Centre, an extensive and well organised library of second-hand books from which you can choose.
We also offer 'Store and Stay' - store your caravan with us, on our adjacent CaSSOA Platinum Standard secure caravan storage compound, and have it towed out and sited for your arrival and then returned to storage for you after you leave.
Ample on site parking has been provided for both those staying on our site and any visitors they may have. Out of respect for our neighbours it is imperative that there is no parking on the roadsides or verges approaching the site.
